Designing a SaaS for KPI Assessment

Task
The company’s existing KPI assessment process is inefficient, as employees are required to answer questions and provide detailed elaborations. This results in inconsistent responses, time-consuming grading, and difficulty for the admin to track and analyze data.
The goal is to design an intuitive questionnaire system that streamlines the KPI grading process for employees, ensures easy data tracking for admins, and enhances the user experience by reducing time and complexity.
Part of the challange is translating the multi layered questionaires into a multi level table design. With the excel sheet that was given by the stakeholders, I was able to simplify the architecture of the table design.
Employee Side:
- The multi-level accordian allows simple navigation to view/answer the questionaires.
Admin Side:
- The accordian inside a table allows simple navigation to create/edit the questionaires.
